There was a total of 608 Goldfish! After 295 very good guesses, we have a winner! Julia was super excited when she learned she was our winner. Enjoy your prize, Julia! Hope all enjoyed the contest.
Did you know that if you read one book a day to your child for three years, you would have read over 1,000 books! Helping your child develop pre-reading skills are the first steps to becoming a successful reader. Your goal over the pre-school years should be to help your child acquire language and the meaning of the words they use. A great tool for this is reading together. Use our web app to help you keep track of the books you've read to your child and/or as a source for age-appropriate books recommended by our children's librarians. Click on the image to learn more.
In celebration of Dr.
